African American and Black small business owners received disproportionately low amounts of government aid during the pandemic, and we're working extra hard to fix those inequities. Luckily, Verizon, Silicon Valley Bank, Ebay Foundation, UBS, Visible, and Stacy’s Rise Project, to name a few, thought we were on to something and offered $10,000 emergency grants. Thanks to them for being awesome, and for recognizing how amazing the Hello Alice small business community is, we were able to distribute over $1.5 million in funds to 154 awardees! But we're just getting started. Now you can apply for exclusive mentorship and grants up to $50,000 to catapult your business forward. Applications are open through September 25, and we'll be celebrating the recipients later this fall, while we work hard to support each and every one of you incredible owners grow.
